NetSuite provides cloud-based ERP, accounting & financials, CRM, and ecommerce for medium-sized enterprises. NetSuite boasts customers across several verticals and regions. Customers include Prudential, SuccessFactors, SolarWinds, Wine.com, and Guitar Center.
NetSuite provides a wide range of services to the mid-market enterprise, including accounting, financial management, inventory, customer relationship management, and ecommerce. What sets NetSuite apart from competitors like Oracle and SAP is that NetSuite is an entirely cloud based service with software as a service (SaaS) delivery. Netsuite product include the flagship NetSuite package, NetSuite CRM, NetSuite Ecommerce, and NetSuite OneWorld. Netsuite’s standard service takes care of the financial management and accounting portions of running a medium-sized or mid-market enterprise. With NetSuite you can run all your back-office functions including financial accounting, audit trail, revenue recognition, tax reporting, and inventory management. NetSuite will let you scale your organization by automating key financial reporting tasks, freeing up time for your finance team to add value to your business.
NetSuite Pricing
NetSuite pricing varies depending on the number of users in your organization and the NetSuite edition or features you’re using. NetSuite license pricing begins usually at $499 per month, but pricing can range as high as $999 per month for the software. Additionally, adding addition users will increase the price point by roughly $49 per NetSuite user or up to $99 per NetSuite user. Custom pricing and NetSuite deals are also available on a case-by-case basis. Adding features like NetSuite Advanced Inventory can increase the monthly price of your NetSuite subscription, but generally these features are well worth the extra cost. NetSuite pricing is generally fairly flexible, and via AccountingSoftwareDeals.com we can cut you a deal directly with NetSuite to get you the best accounting package for your business as a fair and reasonable price.
NetSuite Review
NetSuite has several distinct advantages that set it apart from competitors. NetSuite is entirely SaaS and has a great reputation in the industry as delivering well on its financial accounting and customer relationship management (CRM) features. NetSuite also has a modular architecture which allows you to add features as your business grows or as you determine that you need certain accounting or bookkeeping features. Also, unlike a lot of enterprise software providers, NetSuite holds true to its commitment to deliver software in a timely manner and deploy the accounting package quickly. NetSuite has gotten a ton of great reviews and the business has grown tremendously since its IPO in 2007. Some customers complain that the ERP functions of NetSuite are primarily focused on accounting software and inventory management, since enterprise resource planning is such a broad category. One other criticism of NetSuite is that in the past they had some data center issues with the accounting product, but now those concerns seem to addressed as NetSuite has greatly expanded its uptime and reliability to being far above industry standard for accounting software.

Hi,
Our business has been in existence for one year and has attained moderate profitability. I consider the business model tp be proven and I am now willing to invest time and money into a state of the art inventory management system and associated web store. I am attracted to NetSuite because it is specifically designed to make sure that inventory and related transactions are entered once and synchronized with the shopping cart. We have only 4 employees at the present time and could make do with 3 user accounts if necessary. I think our implementation will be fairly easy because: (1) I currently have financial data on quickbooks, but I do not need to export this information. Instead I plan to close out the books and manually enter beginnning balances into Netsuite; (2) our inventory consists of 1,600 parts that are listed on an excel spreadsheet. We will reorganize to fit whatever template makes sense. (3) I will separately hire a website designer to turn the netsuite shopping cart into a sophisticated website- what I need from Netsuite is realtime integration of inventory between our warehouse and our web store – and I also want the smooth interface with EBAY (4) we have only 3 employees and one consultant who would use Netsuite. Thus, training should be fairly easy. (5) as a CPA/MBA, I have experience and education that make this process easier to understand.
